Angry

I was there this morning and they were thin. Set out my net two times with nothing to show. A few guys snagged a few, but not much more.

Jeeze!!...Isn't there a quota or some other restraint on that type of harvest?...no bait will equal no gamefish inshore!...this is real discouraging...I didn't make it over there Monday, so thanks (I think) for the reports, guys. -IHTBB

I got a few on Wed. You guys have to keep the DEM's phone number in your phone . If you see that A-hole in there, call them. They come right out and toss him out. The fine is only 50 bucks so he just keeps coming back. If no one calls then he gets all the poggies and leaves. They make all these laws and then give the guy a 50 dollar fine. It should be a 5000 dollar fine the second time. That would keep him out!!!!

Have any of you guys tried over between Marina Bay and the Commuter boat wharf? I've seen some guys making sets over there often and I always see them flipping on my way in and out of the Marina.

Craig if I remember correctly it's all around 10 feet deep or so. I don't think the pogie boat goes in there either. I know Chris MacDonald (SeaSaw) has done pretty well out front there on a few occasions this summer.

Back On The Hunt

Been out of the loop for a couple of weeks...I hear the commercial purse seiner(s?) are still active in there...can they really be doing something illegal?...anyway, they can't get in among the moorings...anybody try lately?...and what about Dorch. Bay/Neponset?...all things considered, I'd rather snag 'em if they're in good numbers...I'll see Sun + Mon...Good Luck, All! -IHTBB
