2012 Recreational Regulations for Black Sea Bass, Scup and Fluke

The Commonwealth’s Marine Fisheries Advisory Commission met on March 12, 2012 and approved proposed recreational scup, black sea bass, and fluke regulations for 2012. Due to the late timing of this action, MarineFisheries is enacting emergency regulations for the upcoming season. The 2012 black sea bass, scup and fluke recreational fishing seasons, bag limits and size limits for are:

Be advised that a public hearing and public comment period will be scheduled in the coming weeks to take comments on these fishing limits.
