Pretty good for June 10th
Pretty good for June 10th
Hey guys - Going to make this brief...I have a bachelor party to attend.
I mated for my father today. Great Day!!!
We loaded the boat w/ 3 totes of pollock right of the bat. Doubles, Triples, up to 20lbs.
Then we made our way over to a whale show...absolutely UNREAL. Haven't seen a frenzy like that in a while.
It was slim pickins after that. The bite kind of died. We landed a couple nice cod, haddock, and a few more pollock.
We landed a nice wolfish too, about 20lbs. Sent him on his way after a few pictures.
Right after that, we caught and released a small little Halibut. Pretty cool! My first time ever seeing one on the boat.
Also, more importantly....ah well forget it, you guys will all here the news soon enough....I don't want to spoil things.
Pics below
P.S - Received a little present from King Sail yesterday. I likey.
