Any reports of mackeral in around Boston harbor? I was in Green Harbor Bait and Tackle on saturday and he said they are in. Just wanted to know if they are really in or just some rumor fish showed up.

Dunn I believe I was marking them on the bank Saturday and Charlie Wade reported catching a few on Saturday aswell. I would have the sabikis on board for your next trip for sure.

** I don't know about marking macks in Maine yet....but a week ago Sunday 27th....we were having trouble getting our cods jigs through the HERRING saturation!

&& good problem to have right? well, it was like dogfish sunday but with herring- we decided to join em - tossed 2 sibiki rigs on rods off the stern rod holders......then jigged from the bow

When the sibiki rods were bouncing--- I mean bouncing....we'd haul up a full house every time; NICE in the livewell.....striper bait in a few weeks
