From a hollow spectra standpoint for a 30W most are typicaly spooling them with 80 hollow and toping with 50 or 60 mono topshots, around 75 to100 yards. A few reasons for the 80 spectra is some find it difficult to splice loops or splice mono into hollow spectra under 80. and #2 is cost.

Stuffed a Penn 30 wide will take near 1000 yards of hollow 80 spectra. However that is with no topshot, so it is reasonable to assume you can easily get 600 yards of 80 spectra and a 100 yard 60lb mono topshot on a 30 wide with out jamming it up, and you should have room to spare for the ocational stacked line that always seems to happen whn clearing rods in a hurry or the angler does not level the line while fighting a fish.

You can buy what you need for materials and put it together yourself or send him your reel and he will fill it and make and install the topshot for you.
There are also alot of local shops that will do the exact same thing. Like Stew at The Hookup. The guys at Fishermans Outfitters, Red Top sporting goods, bob at Green Harbor Bait and Tackle, I think the new Falmouth Bait does it as well. and i an=m sure there are tons of others.

I would advise you to learn a few of the basics for connections in hollow braid if you dont know them allready so you can remove and replace topshots and windons when needed.
