    liferaft insp

My raft is due for insp and I usually take it to Life raft Survival which was in Ports. RI but now in Fall River. I heard they have gotten a bit pricey. Anyone use anyone different in the area with better results?

I don't think they are any more pricey than the other places.
I use Landrigan in East Bost.
Dropped my 8 man Viking solas A off last feb, was quoted about $600 or should be no more than $700, picked it up in march, $1238.00.

IMP, New Bedford, Ma. They will also conduct a demonstration on your raft if you like, they do the bulk of the commercial fleet. Also LRSE is in Tiverton, RI, on Fish rd. Their prices are in line with the others.

I took mine to LRSE because they're local and they provided good service.

The price was as good as I would have expected, but the time they spent with me was priceless.

They worked with me as far as providing very competitive quotes on other safety equipment that I needed.

I plan on completing that shopping list with them in the coming months.
