Last Canyon Trip

Made one last run to Veatch Canyon yesterday, 11/09. Headed for that warm water being pushed in. No real defined break. The water went form 54 to 71 spread over 10 miles. Pretty slow, but we did manage a few Yellows... Only did a day troll trip as we didn't want to hang around out there all night in November.

I must have missed this last week - gutsy trip to say the least.

Any signs of life on the way out or back or was it dark both ways? I have heard rumors of a November Dump bluefin biten years past..

No, no signs. It was dark both ways. I did hear a rumor that there are tuna south of MV and in southern Buzzards Bay.
