Fishing is modarate. The albies and bones are around but finicky. Only a couple have been landed for the derby by beach. Boat fishing for albies is a bit better. Still finicky but you have way more shots at them. Bonito are biting good on the troll. Finicky and spotty casting to them boat is better only a couple have been caught by off the beach. Average bonito weight is 5 to 6 pounds with 1 over 10. albies are around 10 with 1 over 14 pounds before the derby. Bass fishing is hot and cold. some reports are good and some are bad. north shore and south are the best. Blues are around the hole island up to 14 pounds.
