I caught a fish once :)
Labrador and Fortuna Find Plentitude of BFT in the SE Corner
We left Scituate Harbor in tandem at 0500 yesterday morning with the Fortuna leading the way. Greg broke to the south and I headed my troll east with a Taylor Sears black 'mini-bar' in the way back position. My mid was a trick-or-treat and my transom was a black and red.
Twenty minutes into the troll we hooked one on my way back and we were on. This was an experienced charter party for the most part so everyone knew exactly what to do when the tuna hit - making my job and my mate Eric's job much easier. The angler himself had never been on a tuna before, so this was quite the experience for him. After a 15 minute battle on stand up gear, the 55 " fish was safely on board the Labrador.
A little while later we hooked another one on the mid and we broke in another eager angler - knee replacements and all. A half an hour and lot's of huffing and puffing later we reeled in another yumyum fish, and let it go.
The Fortuna snagged one in the tail shortly after our second one and they were in the fight for about 20 minutes before drowning the fish and bringing it onboard. No worries Greg - a fish is a fish, now matter how pretty the fight. Great job Greg and Cory.
From there we both were off east for another 10 mile run to catch pollock and blue sharks. Both bites were awesome for the Labrador and the Fortuna.
A successful day all around for Mass Bay Guides. Captain Don Campbell

Nice report Capt. Don, ready to do a repeat on Tuesday. I didn't see any 130's, haha, maybe I can handle a 50" fish.

Great Day!!
We had a great day with Capt Don on the Labrador. Couldn't have asked for a better day with the weather or the fishing. These guys know how to find the fish and both the Captain and the mate were first class guys! Thanks again for a great day. Looking forward to the next trip.
