just got home and in the mail a letter from noaa with 5 bucks cash. they sent it to me to show there appreciation for filling out a survey about fishing charters. little do they no i cant read and will be using the paper to start my wood stove. ok maybe ill wait till my gf gets home to look it over and see what she says.
