Left the dock yesterday at 4 am with ONLY 12 people on the boat. Capt James took us for an hour and 45 minute ride to the fishing grounds. We made some drifts in the dark but the fish didn't start biting til the sun came up. After that it was game on! We started bailing the cod fish until the tide went slack. All of the fish were an 8-12 lb avg. We were catching them on bait and jig with bait being the main producer. When the tide went slack we went looking to another area where we picked away at the fish until the tide started running again. Then we proceeded back to the area where we started the day and started catching again. The boat had limits of healthy cod fish with the pool being 25lbs.

I have been on the boat twice in the past week and I already feel like I have been a regular for years. It is a truly enjoyable boat to fish on and a crew to fish with.
