Introducing Crimson Tide Charters

Id like to officially introduce everyone here to the newest addition to the Green Harbor fishing fleet, Crimson Tide Charters. Chris Joyal (Hoopa drives the boat) and myself have partnered on a beautifull, super fast 2004 35' Duffy- built specifically to target Bluefin Tuna. The cockpit is absolutely huge so everyone will have ample room to fish at the same time. And with a 24 knot cruise speed, expect to reach Stellwagen in just 45 minutes.


We will be catching all that Mass Bay hass to offer- Cod, Haddock, Pollack, Striped Bass, Bluefish, Mackerel, Sharks, and primarily TUNA!

Last season as many of you had read in my reports, the tuna fishing was spectacular with successfull catches on just about every trip well into November , and with the addition of this new vessel we only expect it to get better.

We expect to launch the Duffy next week, and will begin running trips the second week of March. Since Cod season doesnt officially open untill April 15th, we will be primarily targeting Haddock on Stellawagen Bank and beyond untill the Cod season begins.

Currently Crimson Tide Charters is running a early season special- Anyone who books a trip prior to April 15th will recieve 10% off the cost of the charter. Your trip itself can be any time through out the season, but must be booked before April 15th for the reduced rate.

Crimson Tide Charters will also be available for our local tournaments- The Oak Bluffs Monster Shark Tournament where Fred and his crew placed in the top 3 in 2009, and the South Shore Tuna Tournament. Call for details.
