    All jokes aside,they should.Mine don't,because they are mounted in an open space,but if yours are fully enclosed,in a sealed area,you need a drain.

    So how do you get the water that inevitably will end up in them, out? Rain water, salt, or just washing the boat is going to put water in them. Ive never seen any type of rod holder retain water, are yours homemade or something???
