DO NOT SHOW UP WITH A MASSACHUSETTS
LICENSE TO CARRY FIREARMS
(only the hardest ID in some towns in Mass to get)
It is not considered an acceptable form of second ID. They will not accept you. Just wasted 1 hour of my life. The guy up there was so sympathetic he said it happens every day.
As part of getting a Coast Guard 6 pack license you need the TWIC card now.
There are a pack of people up there getting these TWIC cards who do not speak English and have interpreters and god know's what immigration status. I'm sure they didn't get rejected.
It get's worse in this state/country every day.

Not yet but I will next time. I now know what to study. I completely didn't study enough of the Rules.
Thinking about it more, I wouldn't recommend the online course unless you absolutely couldn't spend the time in an immersion course.
