    I Smell Tuna...

    When.... Where.. What.. Hmmm ... I am going to guess May 18th 6:40 AM a fish around 80" in front of the coast guard station east end of peaked hill.....


    We have played this game before guess when the first BFT will be caught in the boundaries of Highland Light to Cape Ann including Cape Cod Bay and Mass bay for 2012 ... Lets see who is the Nostradamus of tuna in the Stellwagen Area.. $50 Old Harbor Outfitters Gift Certificate for the closest guess and $50 OHO gift certificate to the first boat that catches one and reports it here on this thread. Ties will be decided by closet time of day .. size of fish and general description of area .. the guy who catches it will decide who is closest with the guess.....You must be a member of Sport fishermen .com

    A picture must compliment the report of first fish including some kind of proof of date like a witness or Daily news paper in the photo.

    Given that the water temps are almost to where I would like to see them in the week before June 1st, and we have three scorchers on tap, the water is going to hit 50 by Monday. So, can I pick next week?

    This could be a really weird season.
