I guess it is time to renew permit

    OK,

Congratulations to the boat that landed the 88" fish yesterday an awesome way to start the 2010 season. With that reminder it is time to break out the plastic and log on and order my 2010 HMS CBHB permit.

I am curious when the transcripts will be out for the HMS Advisory Panel Meeting which was held in the middle of May. There are some very useful and interesting data there on landings http://www.nmfs.noaa.gov/sfa/hms/Adv..._2010-2011.pdf and I would like to read the transcripts from the meeting and see what members of the panel's thoughts are especially after the CITES scare and the high landings in the angler category last season.
