Hyannis MA any squid fishing news?

every year late april and may hyanniss Ma area squid fishing
seasons but last few year very bed......
any news ?

nothing last weekend in 2 hr's of bottom banging for me. 10 boats out working; the radio sounded barren.

Small pods of scouts are in, all the way to Newport and into narry bay already as well. Saw a few diehards last few nights with a few inkers in their buckets round South shore of RI...With the moon, Hyannis should be decent come weekend after this blow. Always seems last few years right around now we get heavy NE winds and crappy weather. But, everything seems to be a week or so early this year so could be a better run than the last couple of dismal years.

Saw one boat come in with 35lbs!
