    Hudson's 1st Flattie

Fished a few hours Saturday with my 3.5 year old son for Flounder. Anchored near a oyster stake in 10 ft SE the pier. Caught 2 really fat ones around 14-15inches then called it a day, after he ate every snack in the boat. Was my son's 1st Flounder!! He was pretty excited, but wished he caught it on his Spongebob rod and reel. Heavy clam chum was needed and sandworms took both fish. Nice to see flounder making a nit of a comeback anyway.

That must have been really special for you. The first fish... now that's a Kodak moment if there ever was one.
