i wish i wish I WISH this was a tuna report but its not. i went out of the saco rive this morning to do some pre fishing before my first charter of the season tomorrow. after fishing for 2 hours for mackerel moving from spot to spot with no luck i decided to try and catch some Pollock, what a DISASTER i could not catch a POLLOCK give me a break.. the ocean is a desert out front here the water is brown turd color and looks like we just got 3 feet of rain not sure what the hell the deal is out there anyways i decided to head up the river to see what was going on by the dams. i dropped down a jig for some lys and could not Believe i caught 1 then 2 then a bunch more within 5 minutes. i moved a little closer to the dam and let one fly within seconds a striper grabbed it game on every bait i had was a fish in seconds. now i dont have to cancel the trip and can sleep tonight knowing where the fish are and where i need to be in the morning!!!
