    Home made Sushi

Got some fresh bluefin yesterday from one of my buddy's, my wife suggested making our own sushi at home. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be, and tasted awesome!!! The fish was caught on an 11" Shell Squid (Black) Offshore Innovations Spreader Bar, just north of the Regal Sword

Stop & Shop has it. The real PITA is the sushi rice.

try the soy wraps, you can get different colors! They seem to be a little more tender than the seaweed wraps. I googled them and ordered them online. You are right the rice is a pain, but it makes it!

My wife picked everything up at Stop & Shop. It was pretty easy to make up the tuna rolls and tasted way better than some sushi restaurants I have been to. We are going to try some new combination's nice time. I'm lucky I've got an Italian wife who loves to cook!

    Kevin,

I know that you know the key to the tuna.... but what is the secret to getting the rice right? I never seem to be able to get it sticky enough.

I just stop by my local sushi take-out joint. They're more than happy to sell me a few 12 oz. containers of the sticky rice for $1.50 apiece if I remember right
