Grand Slam on Opening Week

I ran the first four charters of the 2010 season to Stellwagen Bank and found the best ground fishing I have seen in over 30 years. Market cod between 8 and 15 lbs with a few steakers in the 20s, pollack 8-12 lbs, and haddock 4-7 lbs filled every cooler and tote on the boat. All trips limited out on cod in 2-3 hours and the rest of the time we targeted haddock and pollack and released 100's of legal size cod.
