Exclamation Get your Fishing Reports into the new site!

If you'd like to have your reports displayed in the new section, we welcome all of you to send them in. We 're striving to get great info for your area packed into the new design and want you to post your reports there for others to read and benefit from.

We are currently working on a system where you’ll be able to post your own reports, but for now are using an email based system. All reports should be sent directly to reports@sportfishermen.com and they will be uploaded to our new regional fishing reports section. It's a great way to expose your business, share some valuable information, or just show off!

If you aren't comfortable or don't have the time to email us your reports, use the following link to get instructions on our audio reports feature, which allows you to enter your reports by phone. Instructions (Audio Fishing Reports By SportFishermen.com)

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fishermen; this is not a hard outline or format that must be followed exactly, however it can be used that way. You have total freedom over how you'd like your report to appear and need not keep this exact format if you would prefer to create your own.
The suggested information is just what we feel make for a good thorough report which helps it be valuable for you, your business if applicable, and most importantly for the report reader.

I'm loving the new updates to the site here- great work guys. One question I have about reports, is why would we email them rather than just start a new post? I'm a little confused and if you could help to straighten me out that would be great.

This so we can get the reports into for example the New England Page itself and display them there. We're working on an easy to use interface where you'll be able to post to both the board and the new site at once, but for now we're just using the email system to get reports there.

There is a lot more content including new, local articles and of course fishing reports located on these new regional pages and I just want to encourage users to take advantage of it.

As for the fonts, we're working with them to make everything easy to read. Just bear with us on that one.

Here's a good example of one of the reports on the new site side:

I know it's a jersey report but you get the idea... photo slideshow, cool layout and it's right out there on the regional page. it's pretty cool!
