Ft Lauderdale Charter

Im headin to ft lauderdale for a weekend next month and want to do a charter with my girlfriend. I would like to do a mixed bag trip of bottom fishing and casting/jigging. I wouldnt mind going sailfishing but would rather steady action. I don't know much about the fishery either. Does anyone know a good charter/trip to go on in late january. Just looking for 6-8 hr trip to catch a few fish in the morning.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Call Capt. Cooper Janik Hes out of Boca about 20 munutes from lauderdale- he runs a 33 ft contender. Ive fished with him sevral times and have allways filled the boat- and his rates are super reasonable 561-414-0483

Check out the Hillsborough Inlet fleet they are legendery- The boat Quetzal is run but a guy from Cape Cod. Rosher and Panos are some of the best but they are based out of Miami. Sailfishing if great next month so count on being able to get into multiples.
