pics

Hey all.

here are a few pics from our second tuna. We are 2 for 4 so far this year. Not bad for my first year with the boat and tuna fishing.

RE those hoo, I just wanted to give them away. I should have been a little more clear. I heard John was on the SWC selling pogies. Did anyone get them? what condition were they in and how did you get them from his boat to yours?

I got those bass candy at Sam's b & T in RI. I think I am going to buy him out tomorrow.

Hey Terrance, what time did you guys hook up? From the looks of the pics the water really laid down after we left the scene. Is that the case or is this just a little illusion?

Oh and by the way, nice toona!

Good day out there Friday. A touch sloppy in the morning but completely fishable. It layed down nice in the afternoon. Crazy fish out there. Get out there if you can. Released a few fish in the morning and then like the guys said the fish were chasing the bait. It got crazy around us about noon-2PM so my buddy screwed around and put out a single blue pork rind on the center rigger. Just the hook and the blue pork rind skipping on the surface. Got 2 fish on it. Couldn't believe it.

Absolutely awesome to see. If it was a cc I believe the toona would have ended up right in the boat! I actually felt a little bad for the ballys today, you shoulda seen their faces. It looked as if they all just got done watching Friday the 13th, except it was Friday the 2nd. New version of an old movie!
SUSHI!
Whoa, quite a sight it musta been.....you guys got the ballyhoo down on the Bank and meanwhile in the Gulf of Maine we seem to have mostly those juvie herring covering most of Southern Jeffries~ and several weeks ago on No Jeff's we had halfbeaks and mid-sized macks getting CREAMED for hours & hours

Congrats on a great day~ I think I only saw 2 fish over the 50" class all day
