i left the dock in hingham @ 4:15 grabbed the bait out of my pen and headed to my favorite TUNA spot, got there around 5:40am. Set out the usual one on a kite one on a balloon and one down deep, did not get a thing but figured i had fish slack which was @ 12:00pm. @ 11:45 i went back to my normal drifting spot and wack explosion on the kite hes onnnnn, i crank and the fish peels off half my spool im thinking he could be a good one considering i fish 80's with dacron. Get him to the boat 17 minutes later and he is a healthy 68 incher. Could of foooled me with the initial runnn, anways let him swim off and packed up and went home. It seems to me the tuna have been spotty and there are more shorts around than there was in the beginning of June.
