    The fish are in!!!

Just as i was about to go to my buddies the other night i wanted to take a ride down by the water just to check out what was going on. I went down the road to Prince Cove Marina and was taking a look in the water. All you could see was worms everywhere! I went home, got my rod, and went back down to that same spot. It was only a few casts until i hooked a 15" striper. From there on it was steady all through the night. The tide was high and the stripers were everywhere. It's spring!!!

deader than a doornail Friday 5-7 PM

worked that area as well as down to the osprey island by kayak, couldn't raise a thing on 4" shads in all the sure fire early season spots.

Guess I should have hung out till dark.

all the fish are touching are small slug-o baits and fake worms.....there was a giant worm hatch in there a few days ago

I do believe this is the FIRST cape cod striper report. It's the first I've read. Nice work crocker. Are they holdovers?
