finding out sea conditions?

Hi, I'm looking for the best places on the web to find out about current sea conditions and forecasted sea conditions. What do you recommend? Thanks

I use GRIB files that are updated multiple times a day. There are many freeware prgrams that display them; I like zyGrib. Select a forecast area, download the associated GRIB and toggle the time bar to see forecasted conditions. It also creates animations that are impressive. I find this approach far more accurate than NOAA's general forecast.

Go to the Reefcast feature on this site:

It is slow, but loaded with more info than you can crawl through....
