.... and people said I was over-reacting when Barry was elected president.
"It won't be that bad."
"He's not that far left."
" The liberal special interests won't be allowed to run rampant"
Sure.................
Our ocean policy is now directed by the Pew Charitable trusts.

So what they gonna do deploy floatin buoys every 1/2 mile with closed signs and station homeland security at every single inlet, port, marina, private dock, yacht club, along the entire coastline of the USA.
Or just revoke rec and commercial licenses and ban fish as a consumer food staple.
Oh and BY the way fish f'ing migrate.
If you don't think this is serious just take a look at this statistical laden mathematical quantum physics approach to the assesment they are doing. I pretty much A'ced statistics during my education. This is light years beyond that with computer generated mathematical equations applied to the data..They are serious about this.

did you hear about the Norway Spiral on Dec 9th?
It could have been a UFO.
Google it for more info.
What gives NOAA or any other agency or country or person the concept that nature can be managed or regulated?
The question I have is this. Lets say that they manage to put these regs (and others) into effect. Can we as the voting public just say NO?
If we can't and when the current administration is done, can these restraints be reversed? Even the Magnuson Stevens act which was made with all good intentions, but has now become a runaway train.
I have sent letters and e-mails to the elected officials. What I have received form them is the standard canned response. It just seems that NOAA does what ever it wants to with absolutely no regard for the private sector be it recreational or commercial.
How about a letter/e-mail campaign to the white house stating that J.L. is destroying our rights to happiness and also ruining the economy of so many coastal businesses, along with boat, tackle, marine retailers and so many others businesses.
I will shut up now before I make myself look more foolish by not expressing myself properly. But you all get the idea. If any one thinks this is worth the effort. Please create a letter/petition that can be sent. That is past my scope of knowledge. I will get to angry and it will be ignored as someone on a rant. It needs to be done by someone with more that barely made it out of high school education.
Thanks,
Barry
It's a cluster all the way around no matter what side your on.

Well, this country wanted "change" for change sake, and we got Obama.
Maybe now people will realize that their actions have effects.
Did anyone get out yesterday to see if no trespassing signs were out there w/ Obama's picture on them?
Actually I also heard the real scoop is that the canyons are now Area 52 and we're being blocked from them so we don't see the little green gill men out there...
