I figured posting this it was no harm no foul, nobody will be fishing this. Everyone's boat is put away, they're fishing for something else or in VA beach. Turns out I was wrong.

In my decade spent getting my bachelors degree at URI, the better part spent surfing at Green Hill, I never remember 50 degree water in January.

Water in that area is typicaly in the lower 40's this time of year, no?
