    Edge FRI-SAT

Anyone else heading south Fri-Sat? Weather looks good as of now. I'm thinking Hydro, what's everyone else thinking?

Headed east of hrydos possibly as far east as ocean, depends on temp shot (if we get one). At this point it looks like welkers, any one else headed to that area? We should be on site by thursday night and staying till saturday afternoon. The boat is Hooked Up, we will be on 68. Good Luck

    George,

just got off the phone with them, in a nut shell they went to oceanographers found a break from 68 to 73 that held NO fish, then on the NW side they hit 75 degree water and were covered up, all the yellowfin came in 75 to 76 degree water on the edge of the break..

night chunk never panned out, only 1 yellow and a large dusky shark on the sword bait..

Ended up with over 40 yellows from 30 to 70 pounds..

    good luck

Great trip! Just got the updated SST and it doesn't look like that water is still there in oceanogrpahers. I'm hoping to sneak in a trip sat to sunday but doubt the window will hold. We'll see. Would target hydro because of the tight timeline.
