So jealous, have the boat ready to go but no docks to get back frome the mooring

Let me konw how it goes and if you don't mind sharing your spots, I'd appreciate it. Thinking I may get out there late Sunday afternoon. Have you guys had better luck at certain tids or times, or since you are fishing 80 feet or deeper, tides and times don't matter like they do with Stripers....

This is great news, thanks jump.

Can you hook me up with method, water depth, tide? (Or is time more important than tide in Cod's case?)

Got all keepers in 70' of water about 75 yrds in front of deer island light with castle island behind me, water went from 55' to 70' and back up to 60'. Just have to keep drifting and you'll find them took me a couple of hours. Trying for macks this weekend if that fails i'll be back at deer island.

We went out 2 weekends ago on the Sweet Dream III and caught 700+ cod and 50 something keepers between 5 of us. It was ridiculous. If you think 700 is an exaggeration I'm sure others will chime in from the trip. It is easy fishing out there right now before the doggies get involved.
