I ran two on the center (one at the top and one about 4' down) for a long time. It works ok till you get sick of when one pops you gotta reset the whole mess. Now I run two center riggers side by side, one 18' and the other is 12'. I just stuffed them in those useless rocket launchers that are up too high.
Works fantastic and I run a dozen lines easily while solo and spin Crazy Ivans at the same time. No tangles here.

you can rig the center rigger with two lines. Make them go to a point on each side of the boat. Only run them up about 3/4 of the way so they are next to each other but about 2 feet apart. You can even run 3 center riggers and split them out. All depends on how much you want to spend

my experience on other boats with double center riggers is typically disastrous when anything happens.

My experience on my boat and others is getting less rigs or baits running perfectly in a well tuned and placed spread is far better than having more crap out there.

I typically run a 4 rod spread for bluefin and seem to do just fine.
