I got mine 3 weeks ago. 75 inches on a spinning rod. not as fun as you'd think, even in a harness.

We switched all of ours back to recreational... Insurance company wanted that way for one thing otherwise they wanted us to get all the proper papers and jack up the insurance... The boats owner wants no part of chartering...
It was the calls almost form fisheries daily wanting our fish reports were over the top. They were calling my boats owner at all hours when he was trying to work and enough was enough...

I am missing what's wrong. The early birds who went out, caught mini giants and ***reported**** them filled the mini giant quota and now its shutdown.

Unless I am missing something it does not stop a *recreational* permit holder from catch and releasing all the tuna they want.
