Catch shares in BFT? come on they will never have catch shares for bft...not enough history in it...just suck it up and next year will be different. If they combined the quota everyone would lose, believe me its not a good idea buts its one that NMFS would like but not one that anyone wants...believe me if that was the case size limits would change and the fishermen would catch the fish and the recs would be out by the end of July...
