Dock Space/Marina Reccomendations south of Boston
I am considering moving my boat to Scituate or Green Harbor area for the end of the tuna season. I had good luck on SWC last year in November. Right now the tuna fishing is great in my own back yard (southern Jeffries) but I fear it is going to slow down soon. Does anyone have a marina or dock space with shore power they would recommend? I have a 30ft Albemarle. I appreciate it! |

well considering that green harbor is shut down for dredging i would highly recomend that you talk to Ken Duval of Mill Wharf Marina which is the marina the fortuna is at and it is a very nice setup and he is staying open reall late

Second the Mill Wharf in Scituate. Only marina open later in the harbor. Ken has not set a closing date yet but has been talking around Dec 1. Great guy to do business with. Im almost positive for non dock members it is 3.50/ ft per week. You can pay him by the week.

Thanks for the info...called Mill Wharf and once the tuna head out of here I am heading down.
Boat's name is Fourtunate out of Cape Neddick, ME if you see us hanging around the boat stop on by. Probably won't be there for a week or so. |
