Alex we agree on something..LOL... I hate these things too... almost as much as shearwater's ... I looked at the document pretty closely to see the methods allowed for hunting etc... Pretty funny.... You can stomp on their eggs unregulated but hunting is regulated and you can not sell any parts from them... Dam I wanted to sell cormorant beak bracelets.. And start a Chinese food restaurant...
I did notice ... For comments like the tuna comments they want you to answer with certain criteria so read the document before commenting or they probably will not look at it seriously.

we have a different name for them down here...
Love them when there are 6 or more in a v formation hearding bait into shallow water because usualy the falsies are right in there with them. Other wise I'm purposley trying to steam them with my stem. I'm tired of seeing them surface with juvenille flounder in there beaks. I defy anyone to tell me that they have not had an impact with the winter flounder population.
