yes. I saw one act of insane seamanship which presumably was made for TV and learned something pretty useful for my next trip south.
If you are getting in a survival suit and jumping in the water tro transfer from one boat to another why would you tie two boats together in 10' seas as part of the transfer?
The way the mackerel were hooked was an eye opener to me.
I watched last night too. Reminded me why I quit commercial fishing when I was a young buck! I saw more than a few bone head stunts that could have got people hurt/dead. I can't imagine having a film crew under foot on a small work boat. Scotty.
I have a question about swords. Why is it that long liners use mackeral for sword bait and most guys i know that canyon fish use squid for a deep sword bait?
