Saturday I had returning guest Joe and crew from upstate NY for a little groundfishing on the bank. These guys brought a landscape trailer last year to transport their catch back home so it was game on. We left Green Harbor and arrived on scene to the following on the fishfinder.
Needless to say we limited out on cod by 9am and filled the bonar with 60 nice bruiser pollack.
Sunday was a repeat performance of Saturday with cod limits and plenty of pollack for the boys from Long Island NY. These guys came prepared with tons of gear and even better food. They took very good care of the skippa and kept John and I very entertained all day. They had a blast slammin the fish too. Wind picked up at noon and we were back at the barn by 3pm with a boat load of fish.
Needless to say On the Edge was on the Knife for quite a while.
The bank is loaded right now guys so don't wait. Fred will be postin up some shared dates soon. Catchem up.
