i attend plymouth south high school which is a technical school and i am in the marine tech program so i use the shops gun. we also get the dr.shrink kits from west marine best bang for your buck. the gun we use is the ripak 2200 which is a high end gun. http://www.bigshrink.com/shopexd.asp?id=487

i bought a very similar torch at home depot for $50. The west marine one was $300

wrapped mine yesterday- $89 for the wrap- $29 for the banding- $19 for a few ratchet straps(way easier than building a wood structure, and reusable for whatever else) And 2 guys x 3 hours. P.S. Hoop did the swiss cheesy looking back

I shrinkwrap mine every year. Well worth it for the peace of mind. About 100 bucks if you do it yourself. Its actually pretty easy to do. Get the zipper door for $15. You can put a little heater inside and you got a place to sleep if you piss off the Mrs.
