we do not cover the fortuna and dont have any problems with snow build-up or ice we also leave the boat at a slight tilt bow up so that any water that does fall or melt it goes right out the back

I don't even take it out of the water!
IE8 says this may be a phishing site....Well, DUH!!!!!!... Stupid jerks can't even spell fishing right.
i was late getting mine covered last year and had ice damage to my bait well and had to have it glassed. The boat is wrapped right now!

Just got the boat wrapped, $300 bucks with a door.
wrapped mine yesterday- $89 for the wrap- $29 for the banding- $19 for a few ratchet straps(way easier than building a wood structure, and reusable for whatever else) And 2 guys x 3 hours. P.S. Hoop did the swiss cheesy looking back![]()
After building the frame, I can now get the frame up and cover on in less than an hour.
Seaworm, what is the wrap you refer to? Shrink wrap?
I have been thinking of ordering a shrinkwrap kit to use over my frame and on other boats. We got 6 in the family so the cost might be worth it.
shrink wrapping is fairly basic the first one normally comes out like swiss cheese but after you do a couple you get it down to a science.
This is my first year doing it. I got whatever west marine sells, and the process is not all that difficult. Supposedly you can re-use the stuff, but I have no idea nor the willingness to even attempt that.
