Construction Executive - Looking for Work

I was employed as a Project Executive for a prominent Boston General Contractor, however my tenure is over.

Just wondering if any of you fellow fishermen may have any leads on possible opportunities that may be out there for a seasoned construction executive in the Boston area or in New England in general.

I have over 40 years experience in construction with a proven track record for success.

    Thanks for your help,
    Fin-

With your experience, I would suggest independent consulting and outsourced project management,

could also work with bsg.com or bain.com

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks Don,

That's certainly a direction which I could move into. Just need some contacts.

    Thanks,

Well as I suspected, I am now out of work after 40 years in the construction business as an executive.

    Don,

Thanks for the lead, I am following up and we'll see what developes.

If anyone else has any suggestions, I am open to new ideas.

    Many thanks,
    Dave

If you have union experience, pm me, I'll give you the boss's name at Shawmut Construction, I'm sure you've heard their name...not sure how busy they are but doesn't hurt to ask...

If I try to put a positive spin on it, I could say he was giving me a head start...I guess that I should have taken that Captain's License class this past fall. Then I could at least charter this summer...
