Where in rhode island and what can one expect for pay? Obviously depends on catch but what does an average deckhand make?

Hey Rory - I'm 56; have been in an office for 30 years, have city hands and am good at telling people what to do. I can do lots of things at once but am not good at doing the same thing for hours on end.

I expect a 6 figure salary, bonus, 401K, benefits and both sick and vacation days.
