Bad news this morning from Marine patrol clam flats are closed do to fresh water run off & the state won't be checking until mid week seems the Governor didn't save any money for a rainy day so they don't rush to check the flats,no big deal clammin is just a million or so business operated by a bunch of rag tags but guess what this rag tag always got money for a rainy day!I love my job,I know I keep saying that but it really is a good job,I bring my lounge chair in the good weather,radio,2 coolers one for bevs. & the other for food,it takes me as long to lug all my gear as it does the clams ,at least no one is hollerin at me to hurry up & I don't have to punch a time card,yup a GREAT job!
