Took Zoe to the local Pet Smart yeasterday. As part of her training I take her to as many public places as possable in order to expose her to as many sites, sounds, smells, and situations as possable. This will make her feel more comfortable in different siuations even when they are unfamilar. In the hour we were there she did very well making friends with everyone including a 120 lb female rotti who fell in love with her as soon as they met. She even met and got along with a cat. She is naturaly very people friendly and has not met a person or dog she does not like..


While we were there we discovered Santa was there for Photos with the kids and thier pets, so it was only right that Zoe met Santa for the first time.

Imagine that... The YMCA axes Santa in favor of frosty the snowman, but you can still find St. Nick at Petsmart. Talk about a screwed up world we live in.

Great pic though, and good for you to get as much socialization in as possible. That'll go a long way.
