so I just saw a report from a charter guy ( won't mention names ) and in the pics on the report he has not 1, not 2 but 3, yes 3 small bluefin in a plastic tub next to the truck. No wonder we get hosed by regulations!!!

What a joke. I love how the charter capt. says he was within the law because he kept 4! bluefin while on an overnighter, two for each day.
