Down right stupid fishing!!!!!
Arrived at the grounds in the early AM to find the structure covered with life, and after Capt Paul spread out two anchors it did not take long to hook up our first keeper! Before we were even tight on the anchors we had 5 on. From then on it only got better and better. At the peak we had 30-50 feet of fish under the boat. (see the picture of the fishfinder below!!!) Around 4:45am we had enough and the coolers were full!!!!!!!!!!!! called it a day (or night), left them biting, and steamed for home and the sun still had not yet cracked the horizon.
Sick fishing!!!!!!!!! The best fishing of the season thus far!!!!!!
