[Tuna Meltdown]

They are getting bigger. Today the bait of choice was Green Giant Sweet canned corn. We got at least a dozen with half of them pushing 10 pounds. I lost a solid 15 pounder on my friend Sean when the hook pulled and landed in my thumb.

Sweet stuff Dan. The big ones fight pretty well. My one and only at 33 pounds was on 6 pound test. That was an adventure to say the least. I'm jealous that you're still getting out fishing.

Fintan, I am planning on fishing for them all winter long. As long as the river doesn't freeze we can fish and that almost never happens. Carp up to 45 pounds have been caught in the section of river that we fish.
