changed filters and gaskets to get ready for tomorrow - one fires; one doesn't. Done it all, bleeding, filling filters, cranking and can't find the air leak.
Looks like I'm sitting at the dock tomorrow unless your friendly marina pulls out a save...
Primum non nocere
So frustrating when a simple job turns on you. I've been there...
Nail em Ken! Let me know how you do.
pulling a fuel injector nut off a 2000 PSI common rail engine is a good way to end up in the hospital or worse.
Marina isolated the problem - dying lift pump, part on order...
Looking Thursday- Fri Have not had a look at any good temp charts anyone have an idea of that water has moved would imagine a bit farther north and east than last week? Any info would be appreciated
West Atlantis - to several miles west thereof Sunday afternoon into Monday. Slow pick of YFT in 500-1000 feet on the drop off ranging from sub-legal to 70 lbs. Overall 5/6 of YFT and a couple smaller mahi. Bite was generally off, krill blooms around, everything spread out. Shelf water is very dead. Lots of porpoire, couple of finbacks, not much other life. YFT were lean and hungry with tiny fish in their guts.
Ballyhoo was the 'hot' lure, relatively speaking. Talked to two other boats having a worse trip than us!
