    Can't find the Haddock

I have been out to stellwagon 3 time this year. I have done very well finding the Cod , but I have yet to find any Haddock. I talked to a few people on the radio and they all said the samething (head east). My question is East of where , how far east , what water depth? My home port is the Fore river in Weymouth, MA. My boat is a brite yellow 225 Aquasport Ospray named Necessary Expense. I usually monitor channels 8 & 10. I am willing to share intel at anytime. Thanks Jesse

Look for the "PROWLER" when your east. I had a call from Al on Sun. eve. and he said they had a banner day despite the 20 knot winds and seas to five. All haddock though, not one cod!

Oh, and don't run up his ass, have some courtesy out there, he'll let you know if your too close!

This will be my last post! Had a lot of fun on here fellows. Good luck this season. I've got too much to do, I've got a total acl reconstruction happening this week and I've got about a truckload of tackle to build and offload. See ya all on the water. Look for me, I'll be wearing a "SUPERMAN" t-shirt.

    Turbor,

East is the far side of the bank, past it. Haddock have been in 160 to 180ft down the swc end. I would venture you'll find them up north in depths similar. Look for bait balls in the deeper depths, you find them.

    Just what fishstripers said,

On Jeffries we hit them on the WESTERN edge and did not have to venture to the east edge. But the same water depth 160 to 180,anything more or less and we got zip. Also we fished the edge of a good size drop, went from 170 to 350 in just a few hundred feet of drift. Away from the drop even though it was still 170 feet we had less hookups.

My guess is that the east edge of the NWC is where you will find them.
