Calculating Slack Tide East of Chatham?

How do y'all calculate when slack tide occurs East of Chatham? Does it coincide with high or low tide at Chatham Harbor? I notice that on these charts: http://www.boatma.com/tides/Cape-Cod.html the Nasuet / Outerbeaches tides are 1/2 hour earlier than Chatham Harbor - perhaps that's the closest to the offshore tide?

    THX!

Last time I was out there East of Chatham was a pretty big place.

But as a start you might check your Eldridge T&P book that seems to indicate NE end of Monomoy and near Chatham as being close to slack nearly 5 hrs after ebb/flood starts at Pollock Rip or almost 5 hrs after high /low at Boston. Farther out I'm not sure if it ever really goes "slack" though.

Just about anywhere from Monomoy up to points N of Nausett refer to Georges Shoal Tide. It is about your best indication as to what it will be E of Chatham.
